Testing

AGI offers a wide range of processing services. Whether you need simple flamecutting or complicated machining and heat treating, AGI delivers on-time and to your spec every time.

There are only a handful of companies in the world that regularly cut steel in the thicknesses that we do. We're particularly proud of our capacity to cut extremely thick material - 25" and thicker.

All of our CNC operated flame cutting tables are devoted to nothing but heavy steel plate., allowing rapid turn around while meeting your exacting standards whether you need 1 piece or 200 pieces.

Flamecutting

Almost any straight-line single, double or compound bevel is within our capabilities. Length of 40” and beyond are within reach. Capable of burning bevel legs (land) measuring at least 6”.

Stress Relieve, Normalize, Anneal and In-house Quench & Temper capabilities. Our in-house flattening press assures our ability to meet flatness requirements.
